This 10" and 13" press for the prime label market is configured with the Aquaflex ICT system. This system stands for Instant Change Technology, which enables the operator to change 8 colors with die and repeat size change in less than 10 minutes. This PLC controlled press gives the operator the full command of all operator function from not only the individual print station but also from the rewind touch screen panel. InstaPrep comes standard with 360 degree gear boxes. When inking cassettes are removed they are slid onto a movable inking cart system with anilox rotation. Instaprep can be set up in many configuration: rotary screen, hot foil in the flexo station, movable lamination and rewind towers on a rail system and UV.
